Metrology
The metrology department is in charge of validating the part dimensionally, with precision measuring equipment such as CMM coordinate measuring machines or conventional measuring equipment, applicable to all parts within the automotive industry. in order to demonstrate that the product within our stamping processes meets the dimensional measurement requirements established by the client.
Measurement
Development of programs for measurement with CMM.
Statistical study
Application of MSA, ensuring with this tool, the Process and Product conform to specifications and that any variability is within acceptable tolerances through measurement and data collection.
Planning
Establish an annual calendar for measuring parts, control, verification and calibration of digital equipment and control devices.
